Dr. Lana Saal, NHI Forensic Automotive Consultants
“Build Your Brain, Build Your Wellness Program”
Dr. Saal will provide an opportunity for participants to grab hold of a solid understanding of how biopsychology (biological foundations of behavior) affects brain patterning and emotions, essential for true behavior change. Preparing the brain even before a Wellness program begins serves as an essential pre-step-planning to create a true motivational mindset. By gearing up the brain and setting the stage before the commencement of initiatives, the pattern and cycle of achievement of goals is initiated and success is realized.
Dr. Saal is currently the Director Wellness & Human Resources at NHI Automotive Research as well as on the Board of Directors for the National Wellness Institute (NWI). She has also served on the American Cancer Society Board of Directors. Dr. Saal received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, Master of Science in Health from Russell Sage Colleges and Bachelor of Science focused in Nutrition Sciences from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. She is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP).

Jared will focus on nutrition as it relates to better sleep, more money, more time, learning to love exercise and being happier.
Jared is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Behavioral Change Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist with an education in Marketing & Psychology from UNF. He owns and operates 2 companies, one of which is Superfit Foods, a healthy, subscription based, fully-customizable meal prep company. The other is E3, a business consulting and marketing agency.
