Elevating Employee Engagement + Wellbeing...Virtually
When’s the last time you were part of a virtual experience that didn’t put you to sleep? Most organizations are struggling to figure out how to engage their employees and support their wellbeing as more and more of them are working remotely.
As we continue to navigate the future of work and the next normal, new challenges are emerging for employers as the remote workforce becomes less of an exception and more of the norm. How can we supercharge our virtual meetings and experiences to be more than background noise? How can we keep employees connected, engaged, productive and healthy when they're constantly in flux? This experiential and interactive workshop will show you how.
1. Explore the foundational elements of and research behind what contributes most to overall employee engagement
2. Experience a replicable process for fostering collaboration, connection and best practices sharing virtually
3. Discover creative strategies for how to connect with and engage your people and support their wellbeing in this rapidly changing time
This is a great event for company executives, HR/benefits managers and wellness professionals who are interested in the strategic planning of health and wellness initiatives.
Zoom link will be sent via confirmation email after registration.

Here are Tips for How to Show Up to Make the Most of the Session
#1. Cameras On. Seeing each other's faces is a way to connect, so please show up with cameras on. When we cannot see each other while we are talking to each other, the experience is diminished.
#2. What to Bring. Grab your favorite pen and notepaper.
#3. Eliminate as many potential distractions as possible. Find a comfortable and quiet place and turn your phone on silent, as you would if attending an in-person event.
#4. Engage Mindfully. Keep yourself muted at appropriate times and be mindful of how "Chat" is being used—either as a tool or as a distraction.
#5. Check your Tech. Update Zoom to the latest version. [Steps Here]
