Conference Highlights Keynote Speaker Kate Siano - HappyAF - Making Work Happy and FUN again with Applied Positive Psychology Kate has been in the wellbeing industry for over 25 years. Her diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes in 1989 sparked a purpose driven career in holistic wellbeing. Known as a visionary, strategic thinker, and dynamic collaborator, Kate brings energy and innovative ideas to all of her client relationships. As a speaker and presenter, Kate has an incredible ability to engage her audience in big picture thinking through storytelling and sharing her insights from decades of experience. Most notable is the humor and heart she brings to her work and is the reason her clients call her "Kate the Great." Kate is nationally recognized as a Top 100 Wellbeing Consultant by the Corporate Health & Wellness Association, the Healthcare Revolution, and GoHR Global. Emcee Anthony Austin - First Coast News Anthony Austin joined First Coast News in January 2016 as an anchor and reporter. He currently anchors the evening newscasts. The most memorable assignment Anthony’s done was his visit to Iraq. For a week, he spent time with soldiers from Fort Hood, Texas as they prepared to come home. He told their stories, sharing what they were doing for the United States with viewers in Texas. Anthony was there as they returned home to their loved ones. Outside of work, Anthony is a lover of good food and company. You can find him enjoying the restaurants and beautiful beaches in the Jacksonville area. Florida Blue Presenter Tracy Gallo Tracy Gallo, has spent 36 years in the field of health, wellness and education including positions in higher education, state and federal government, nonprofits, insurance carriers and for the last three years she has been putting her expertise to work in the role of “LiveWell” (Wellbeing) Program Manager at Florida Blue and GuideWell. She takes seriously the goal of “Every Employee Thriving” in both her professional and personal life, and has recently started to learn to play the ukulele in an effort to bring joy to those around her.
