Join Yoga 4 Change and the FCWWC for a one-hour Self-Care & Stress Management Workshop designed to help you navigate the holiday season (and beyond!) with more ease. Through mindfulness practices, breathwork, and gentle chair/standing movements, you’ll gain simple and effective tools you can take with you into your daily routine. No special equipment required — just a comfortable chair and an open mind. This event is FREE and is open to members and non-members!

Event Details:
The event will be hosted by Kim Simon. Kim is a North Florida native with a deep commitment to community growth and wellness. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Florida and an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. Kim discovered yoga while navigating personal loss and chronic pain, and she is now an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and Reiki Master. She is the Executive Director of Yoga 4 Change and co-facilitates their 200-hour teacher training program.
Instructions:
Please set up in a space with room to move, and a chair without arms and wheels is preferred (but not required). Participants may also want to have pen and paper for notes, but Kim will send a handout ahead of time.
