Join keynote speaker, Paul Osincup, as he shares his unique approach to stress reduction. Paul, a master of improv and stand-up comedy, will equip you with innovative strategies to decrease stress, prevent burnout, and boost happiness at work.
Paul believes that laughter is the key to unlocking engagement and learning. In his presentation, "Stress is a Laughing Matter: Using Humor to Enhance Well-being, Resilience, and Productivity," he will demonstrate how humor can be used to enhance well-being, increase resilience, and boost productivity in the workplace.
Optional 2-hour QPR Mental Health Intensive 2-4pm ET
Hosted by Talkable Communities, this intensive session, rooted in Adult Mental Health First Aid principles, equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts.

We are excited to be hosting a Sound Bath opportunity at the YMCA for our FCWWC members this upcoming June!
The Sound Bath experience hosted by Serenity Sounds and FCWWC will be hosted at Brooks Family YMCA, in the St. Johns Town Center (10423 Centurion Pkwy N, Jacksonville, FL 32256) on Thursday, June 26th.
There will be two half hour sessions offered: 5:15pm & 6:15pm.
Yoga mats will be provided. We encourage guest to bring their own blankets and pillows/bolsters pillow.
New to Sound Baths? Sound baths use various sound instruments including crystal bowls to provide an immersion or 'bath' in deep, soothing sound wave energy. This is a therapy that can provide such a calming and relaxing state that many clients fall into a peaceful, meditative, rejuvenating sleep.
