Free Event: Stretch Into Self-Compassion with Yoga 4 Change

Join us for a FREE 60-minute chair and mat yoga class featuring gentle, accessible movement, calming breathwork, and simple mindfulness practices — with a special focus on self-compassion. Mats will be available to borrow, though participants who own a mat are encouraged to bring theirs. Please sign up in advance so we know how many to expect and can reserve a mat if needed. All levels are encouraged and welcome!

About Yoga 4 Change

Yoga 4 Change is a Florida-based nonprofit, founded in Jacksonville, that shares evidence-based, trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness with communities facing stress and adversity. What began as programs for youth, veterans, incarcerated individuals, and those in recovery (our core "4") has grown to reach even more impacted groups. Through accessible practices, Yoga 4 Change offers tools that support resilience, well-being, and connection — both individually and collectively
