![]() Chair Jay Noles Jay has spent his career helping people and organizations get healthier in the last several years helping run the council that brings that work to the First Coast. He joined FCWWC as Treasurer, served 2 years as Vice Chair, and now serves as Chair. By day, he's a Regional Manager for Florida Blue’s Better You Team in Northeast Florida, leading wellness professionals who serve more than 100 First Coast employer groups. He holds an MBA in healthcare management and is a Chapman Institute Certified Worksite Wellness Program consultant (CWWPC), the program's top-level credential. Outside work Jay enjoys time with his wife, two kids, and two dogs at the lake or on a mountain trail. Connect with Jay | ![]() Treasurer Brandon Norman Brandon has been a part of our local worksite wellness community for nearly the past decade. As a Jacksonville native, graduate from the University of North Florida and a nine-year employee at the Jacksonville Port Authority, Brandon has been able to contribute to the community in different roles – the most recent being his position as Chair of the Wellness Committee at JAXPORT in recent years. His connection and involvement with local, regional and national communities has afforded the ability to understand and address the unique wellness needs of individuals in the public and corporate workforce. Brandon contributes to the Council several years of public accounting and finance experience as well as industry best practices for promoting safe, inclusive, engaging and rewarding Corporate Well-Being programs. Legal & Compliance Michael Clouser Michael is a partner at Quintairos Prieto Wood & Boyer P.A., a large national law firm based in Florida. Michael leads the firm's Business Transactions and M&A group as well as the Sports & Entertainment group. He has spent the last twenty years working as corporate general counsel within Fortune 500 companies in the insurance and financial services industry. Earlier in his career, Michael built a successful sports agency practice where he represented numerous National Football League players in contract negotiations with NFL teams. He was recognized and quoted in the Wall Street Journal as one of the top NFL player agents for negotiating record setting deals on behalf of his NFL clients. He has earned professional designations as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP). senior advisor, Membership Gina Gonnella Gina Gonnella is the Chief Operating Officer of Nutrition Factors, where she leads operations, business development, and sales strategy while overseeing the Health & Wellness Coaching Academy, an NBHWC accredited school that prepares future health professionals. As a Licensed Behavior Specialist, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Wellness Program Manager, Gina brings expertise in behavior change, wellness program design, and workforce well-being.
