FCWWC Virtual Cooking Class
Join us for an interactive virtual cooking class guided by Chef Alex! We'll be cooking seafood (or vegetable) paella with Chef Alex leading us through cooking the recipe step-by-step. The ingredients list is below- be sure to shop ahead of time and join us on the 16th!
Admission for FCWWC members is FREE and non-members are welcome to join for $10 each.

Paella Equipment List
- Pan* (cast iron pan, nonstick pan or paella pan)
- Cooking Spoon (wooden spoon or plastic spatula)
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil (olive oil or vegetable oil)

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Chef Alex will walk you through the steps for selecting a pan and making the perfect paella, his signature dish! Chef Alex will help each participant select the best pan from their current home arsenal and then the cooking will begin. Cast iron is preferred, but any non-stick pan will work. As always, any questions and conversation are welcome throughout the presentation!
